In January 2022, I was invited to join Versum as a genesis artist, launching my first collection Energy Force on the Tezos blockchain. Founded by early Hic Et Nunc contributors, Versum's vision resonated with me: creating an art-focused platform that prioritised organic discovery over metrics and sales hype.
Artwork Description
Energy Force expands on Life Force, a series of works exploring seven sacred geometric shapes — using energy, light & sound to amplify the healing and spiritual qualities of these geometrical forms. Each shape in the series was sequentially minted as an edition of 7.

A note on versum.xyz
In October 2023, Versum announced its closure, with all NFTs unlocked for trading across other Tezos marketplaces.
Versum's thoughtful approach to design and UX was a real differentiator at the time. Their focus on making blockchain interaction more intuitive through best practice design patterns, while incorporating much-needed features such as creator royalty splits, feed personalisation and tools to limit bot activity resulted in a much improved experience for both creators and collectors.
Beyond minting my work, I volunteered my time running their Twitter for nearly a year and designed various assets and merchandise. This collaboration allowed me to connect my parallel practices as both an artist and designer while contributing to an important slice of Tezos history.
