Role

Visual Artist

RE–TEXTURED is a multi-sensory festival that combines experimental electronic music, brutalist and modernist architecture and innovative lighting installations for an immersive visual and sonic experience.

For the 2019 edition, I collaborated with lighting duo SPEKTRA on a site-specific installation and live audiovisual performance at Village Underground in London.

We initially pitched 'The Gate'—a pitch black room with a vertical LED screen and mirrored floor to explore the illusion of depth and challenge the viewer’s perception of reality. The design was later adapted for a club setting behind the DJ booth.
